This page says what Expert Pool Inspection collects, why, and how to have it deleted. The short version: what you send is used to answer you, and nothing is sold. Updated 2026-10-11.
What do we collect?
When you send the form, we get what you type: your name, phone, email, city or ZIP, the service you picked and your details. We also keep the time, your IP address and your browser type with the request, to stop spam.
When you use the chat, your question goes to the site assistant. If the assistant cannot answer, the question is saved so Brian can answer it himself. If you leave a phone or email in the chat, that is saved too.
What is it used for?
Only to answer you and do the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.
Where is it kept?
Form requests and chat questions are stored on Cloudflare, which runs this site. Form requests are also emailed to Brian through Resend, an email service. The chat answers come from Cloudflare Workers AI.
The site remembers your color choice in your own browser. It sets no tracking or ad cookies.
How do I have it deleted?
Call or text Brian at 940-433-4333, or use the Email Brian link below, and ask. Your request will be deleted.
